ARE you ever frustrated at being too busy to cook a complicated meal for dinner?

A mum-of-four has shared her top “one sheet” recipes that you simply need to throw on a tray and put in the oven.

YouTuber Frugal Fit Mom shared her top meal choices that are very quick and easy to achieve.

Christine explained: “Do you ever hear those words ‘what’s for dinner?’ from family, your partner, your kids, and you are sick of it?

“I have a solution for you.

“In today’s video we are doing a sheet pan meal marathon video.”

First up was a “sausage and potatoes” tray.

She added greaseproof paper, and then put chopped potatoes and brussel sprouts on top.

Then she put oil and seasoning on them before massaging them to be coated fully.

Christine then added chopped andouille sausage before putting in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes.

She explained: “This is so dang easy.

“Why do we make dinner complicated because it doesn't have to be.”

Next up was “sausage and gnocchi”.

Christine covered her sheet with foil and then added sliced bell peppers and red onions.

She then grabbed chopped garlic and spiced Italian sausage cut into chunks.

The mum then added seasoning, salt and olive oil - and mixed to combine.

The last ingredient was a bag of gnocchi spread out on the sheet.

She added the tray at 200C for 35 minutes.

When it is done you can add balsamic glaze and parmesan cheese.

Another recipe she loves on her one sheet is “chicken and potatoes.”

She said: “I kick this off by making an oil and lemon juice herb mixture.

“I add salt, thyme, oregons, crushed red pepper flakes, oil and lemon juice.”

She then rubs it over spatchcock chicken and potatoes.

After seasoning with salt and pepper, Christine adds to the oven at 246C for 15 minutes.

The mum said you then need to lower the temperature and cook for 10 minutes at 200C.

Finally add zucchini, tomatoes and garlic and add more oil mixture.

Then put it back in for 10-15 minutes at 200C.

Many people loved her easy recipes, with one saying: “Sheet pan dinners are the best!! We love them for quick dinners and for meal prepping.

“Thank you for some new ideas!”
